What eSIMgo provides
MoMo sells digital eSIM data plans for use while traveling internationally. Plans are delivered as QR codes to your email address. We are a reseller of eSIM connectivity — the underlying network is provided by regional carrier partners.
Device compatibility
It is your responsibility to verify your device supports eSIM before purchasing. Most smartphones released after 2018 — including iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and Google Pixel 3 and later — are eSIM compatible. Check Settings on your device for an "Add eSIM" option.
Refund policy
If your QR code has not been scanned or activated, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Once an eSIM has been activated (i.e., the QR code has been scanned), the plan is non-refundable because data provisioning has been initiated with the carrier network.
Guest purchases
You may purchase an eSIM without creating an account by providing only your email address. Creating an account allows you to track all your eSIMs in one place. Guest orders are tied to the email address provided at checkout.
Acceptable use
Plans are for personal use only. Reselling or sharing eSIM credentials with third parties is prohibited and may result in plan suspension without refund.
Limitation of liability
MoMo is not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or service interruptions caused by carrier partners. Data speeds and coverage vary by location and are not guaranteed.
