When you make a purchase, we collect your email address to deliver your eSIM QR code. If you create an account, we also store your name and a hashed password. We do not collect your phone number, physical address, or payment card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
How we use your data
Your email is used solely to send your eSIM QR code and, if applicable, order receipts. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Guest purchases
You can buy an eSIM without creating an account. We only store your email address to deliver the QR code. No account profile is created unless you explicitly register.
Cookies & analytics
We use minimal analytics to understand which destinations are most popular and to improve the product. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels are used.
Data retention
Order and eSIM records are retained for 12 months for support purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
